Set Tracker is an iOS and Android App that helps manage film and TV productions by providing all of your important documents in one place. The app enables live updates for the most current information and has tools to speed up communication between departments. The software is compatible with any smartphone and the product has been used by production teams all over the world.

Set Tracker is built to enable fast, reliable delivery of production materials that are always up to date. It is the first platform of its kind to pair a mobile app with the desktop software already used across the industry. When communication is critical, Set Tracker helps productions quickly distribute updated scripts, schedules, and documents directly to crew members’ phones—eliminating the need to dig through emails. How does Set Tracker work?
When a production uses Set Tracker, the management team onboards the crew via email to deliver script and the first creative materials. As more crew members are hired, they can then download the Set Tracker app to access all production materials—including schedule documents, Call Sheets, GPS locations, scripts, and pre-vis materials—directly on their phone. In addition to providing an easy way access all documents, Set Tracker has an interactive crew list and the “Take Me to Set” feature which saves the crew from needing to find their locations address in their emails. If you are going to set to start your day, the last thing you want to do is look for the right email. Instead, just open the app, click the “Take Me To Set” button, and you will instantly be ready to drive, saving valuable minutes every morning. Set Tracker is also a one-stop-shop for the daily call sheet, the sides, and if there is any question about the call time being updated, Set Tracker always displays the call time front and center on the homepage.
